Eating in Response to Stress
Some people lose interest in eating when they are under stress, while others turn to food for relief. If you fall into the latter group, you have plenty of company, but eating in response to stress provides only temporary consolation and often adds guilt and self-reproach to the problem. Instead, focus on finding the counseling, information, and support you need to confront and solve difficult problems.
